The Bridge Emergency Shelter depends largely on generous community donations.
We have been approved as an Enterprise Zone Contribution Project by the Colorado Economic Development Commission (EDC) as of November 8th, 2012. This designation means all donor contributions of $200 or more are eligible for a 25% state tax credit on cash donations, and a 12.5% state tax credit on in-kind donations.
With a $500 gift to The Bridge through E-Zone, you would see a 25% return via State Tax Credit, a 28% return from Federal Tax deduction. In other words, you would receive a total savings/return of around $290.
